Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNUI handles information across its website, user panel, and subscription service. Account and billing data are used to provide the service, while website analytics help improve the site. Neither involves recording the content users access through international routes.
Account and Order Information
VPNUI does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are enough. An email address is not required to use a subscription. Account information is used to verify identity, enable login, and confirm subscription ownership. Avoid including unnecessary personal details in your username.
Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, payment status, transaction reference, and changes to subscription benefits. They are used to activate service, verify payments, handle refunds, and resolve billing disputes. Traffic usage totals show balances and enforce plan rules; they do not include details of websites visited.
When a user submits a support ticket, VPNUI processes the issue description, client messages, and attachments provided by the user. Please redact passwords, login credentials, full subscription URLs, and personal information unrelated to the issue. Support staff do not need your account password to investigate a problem.
No Activity Logs
VPNUI does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, web addresses, or communications transmitted through international routes, or create browsing histories linked to accounts.
VPNUI does not retain activity logs for individual user connections or compile connection start and end times, destination addresses, and browsing activity into personal records that can be reviewed later. Temporary state needed to establish connections and forward traffic is used only to handle the current connection and is not stored as historical connection logs.
Account status, order records, usage totals, and user-submitted support tickets are service management data; they are not automatically erased by the no-logs policy. The policy also does not change how destination websites, device operating systems, or payment providers handle data.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help understand page visits, referral sources, and link clicks, and identify broken links or issues with site content. Analytics cover activity on the VPNUI website only. They are not used to track activity on other websites accessed through a subscription and should not include passwords or full subscription URLs.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions, save language preferences, and keep users signed in to the panel. Login credentials may be stored locally in the browser to verify identity in future requests. After using a shared device, sign out and clear site data as needed.
You can use your browser settings to restrict cookies, clear local storage, or block analytics requests. Clearing site data may require you to sign in again, while restricting necessary storage may affect panel features. These actions do not replace a request to delete data held on the server.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNUI supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization, transaction processing, and related verification are handled by the payment channel or relevant third parties under their own privacy policies. Before paying, confirm that the payment page and transaction details are correct.
VPNUI receives the payment result and transaction references needed to verify orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in VPNUI support tickets. Resolving payment or refund disputes may require an order reference and payment records with unrelated information redacted. VPNUI provides only the information necessary to deliver the service, handle billing, or meet applicable legal requirements.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account and subscription services. Order and payment records are retained as needed for billing verification, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and website analytics are processed only for as long as their purposes require, then deleted or de-identified. Indefinite retention is not the default.
Users can submit a request through the user panel support tickets to access, correct, or delete account data, and specify the scope of the request. Account ownership must be verified before processing to prevent someone else from deleting the account. Records that must be retained by law or are needed for an ongoing dispute may not be deletable yet; the reason for retention will be explained. Deleting an account may affect subscription access, so please check any related benefits and pending orders first.
Policy Updates and Feedback
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the beginning will be changed accordingly. Important changes to data use or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Visit this page again to review the current policy.
For privacy questions or data processing requests, use the support ticket portal. See the Terms of Service and Refund Policy for details on service benefits and refunds. This policy does not replace those pages' explanations of service benefits.
