Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund window, request process, and return procedure for VPNUI subscriptions. Submit requests through the ticket section of the user panel. Order and payment records are used to verify the payment and track its progress.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your first payment. The refund window is based on the first successful payment record. You do not need to prove a route failure or provide speed test results. You may request a refund within the window if the service does not suit your needs or you no longer plan to use it.

Please specify which orders you want reviewed. If your account includes a monthly subscription, data package, or upgrade order, list each separately so that different payment records are not mixed together. Whether a later payment falls under the first-payment commitment must be verified against the order history; this policy does not treat every subsequent payment as opening a new refund window.

Data packages do not expire and remain available until used. This describes the validity of the data, not the deadline for requesting a refund. Requests made after the refund window are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund commitment above. You may still submit a ticket to review duplicate payments or unusual order statuses.

Usage Records and Unusual Orders

Connecting to a route, importing a subscription, or using plan data should not, by itself, be grounds for denying a no-questions-asked refund within the window. This policy sets no separate data-usage threshold and does not reduce the refund amount covered by the commitment solely because data has been used.

If an account shows data usage beyond the plan allowance, first check the plan, reset status, and whether the record is accurate rather than immediately treating the user as ineligible for a refund. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Review these records alongside the relevant order.

Refunded payments cannot be refunded a second time. If payment ownership cannot be confirmed, an order does not yet show as successfully paid, or the funds are already part of a payment dispute, verification must be completed first. Accounts suspected of violating the Terms of Use may require a separate investigation. Account actions and refund reviews should be explained separately, with specific reasons rather than a generic “policy violation” label.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Sign in to the account used for payment, open the user panel tickets, and state that you are requesting a refund in the subject line.
  2. Provide the order number, plan name, payment time, amount paid, and payment method. List each order separately if there is more than one, and specify which payments you want reviewed.
  3. Provide proof of payment or an order screenshot if requested in the ticket reply. Keep only the information needed for verification visible; you may redact other personal details.
  4. Check the verification result, return method, and next steps in the original ticket. If any information is incorrect, submit the correction in that same ticket.

You may provide a reason for the refund, but it is not required as proof for a no-questions-asked refund. Do not provide your account password, full subscription link, or payment account login credentials. If you cannot sign in, first review the account information in the FAQ. Do not create additional accounts for the same payment.

Refund Methods by Payment Type

Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds are generally returned through the original payment channel. Check the payment platform’s refund record for the specific destination. If the original method cannot receive the refund, confirm an available option through the ticket. Do not transfer funds to another recipient whose details have not been verified.

USDT refunds follow a different process from refunds through Alipay or WeChat Pay. The original transaction record must be checked, and the receiving address and network must be confirmed as compatible. Do not assume that the address used to send the original payment can receive a refund; check the deposit rules of the platform used first.

If processing involves network fees, currency amounts, or other payment restrictions, these should be explained and confirmed before processing. No fixed fee or conversion method is promised here. Once the address and network details are confirmed, continue the review in the original ticket to avoid conflicting information across multiple conversations.

Checking Refund Status

Verification completed, refund initiated, and funds received are separate statuses. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on payment channel processing and the receiving account. This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. Refer to the ticket updates and the payment channel’s actual records.

If you have been notified that a refund was initiated but the funds have not arrived, first check the original payment record. For USDT, use the transaction details provided to verify receipt. If the status is still unclear, reply to the original ticket with the order number and latest status so this service can continue the review without a duplicate request.

The end date of subscription benefits associated with a refund depends on the order outcome confirmed in the ticket. Before submitting a request, you may also review the plan details and Privacy Policy for information about data rules and how submitted materials are handled.
