Choose an available method on the payment confirmation page and follow the displayed steps. For USDT, carefully check the network, amount, and receiving details shown on the payment page; do not guess or reuse payment details from another order. Keep your payment receipt and order record safe.

Check Your Account After Payment

After paying, return to the user panel to check the order status, then verify your plan and data in the account overview. Don't assume the subscription is active just because the payment page redirected you, and don't repeatedly create the same order before its status is confirmed.

If the payment result does not match what you see in the panel, refresh the order status first. If the issue persists, open a support ticket with the order details, payment method, time of payment, and any on-screen message. Redact your password and full subscription details from screenshots. You do not need to prove a connection issue to request a no-questions-asked refund.
